Indeed Hizb ut-Tahrir is a political party based upon Allah (swt)’s command:

وَلْتَكُنْ مِنْكُمْ أُمَّةٌ يَدْعُونَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ وَيَأْمُرُونَ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ

On July 17th 2010,  in the building of the Crimean Academic Ukrainian Musical Theater, the third women's only Islamic Conference entitled "The Issue of Muslim women in modern society" was held. There were 835 people who registered for the conference not including the press.
