The Parliament is legislating to establish “Guantanamo Bays” in the country

Pakistan is establishing dungeons of the likes of Guantanamo Bay all across the country under the guise of amending the Anti-Terrorism Ordinance through the parliament. In this proposed law, the government can arrest any Muslim on mere pretext of suspicion of terrorism and throw him behind bars for three months. He will not be permitted to challenge his detention nor will any judge have the right to grant him bail.
Thus the governments have completed its preparation for limiting the powers of the judiciary and harassing the sincere Muslims. According to this new law, a person will be presumed guilty until he proves himself innocent. This is the same fraudulent principal through which the dungeon of Guantanamo Bay is being operated. Whereas, according to Islam, one can neither be detained nor punished without proof. Everyone is considered innocent until he is proven guilty in a Shar'i court.
It is the democracy through which America enslave the masses and makes laws to its own benefit using the parliament. Prior to this, it was the parliament which, under the Seventeenth Amendment, declared the open haraam actions of allowing supply-line for the crusader America, intelligence sharing and providing explicit support in the mass murder of hundreds of thousands of Afghanis Muslims as legal and halal. The parliament also declared that this amendment cannot be challenged before any court of law. This is the supreme parliament which has the sovereign right to declare an action halal (lawful) which has already been legislated as open haraam (unlawful) and kufr by Allah سبحانه وتعالى. Parliament is that kufr organization which declares itself "sovereign" whereas in Khilafah, only the Shariah of Allah (swt) is ‘sovereign'. Neither the Khaleefah nor the Majlis-e-Ummah is soverign in Khilafah. Pakistan can only be liberated from the American political slavery if the democratic order is uprooted and the Islamic system of Khilafah is installed instead. Democracy is just a farce and in reality it is the dictatorship of the elite, which America uses to its own benefit.
This new "Terrorism law" will primarily be used against Hizb ut-Tahrir as Hizb is the only non-militant political party in Pakistan which has been proscribed by the rulers under the name of "terrorism". Taking advantage of the kufr judicial system, the rulers have kept Hizb's petition challenging the ban in the cold storage and the "independent" judiciary seems helpless in providing justice to Hizb ut-Tahrir. As the rulers are unable to link Hizb ut-Tahrir with militancy and terrorism - despite their best efforts - therefore, they wish to amend the laws to put our members behind bars without any evidence. Ummah has is watchful of all the organizations who claim to be the champions of "human rights" as to what strategy they wield to thwart this black-law. Hizb ut-Tahrir demands from the politicians and lawyers community to reject this black-law and mobilize against this on the streets. Moreover, they should raise their voice for the system of Khilafah and reject the farcical democratic system.
