The Syrian tyrant courts the West through his decrees

The Legislative Decree No. / 61 / of 2011 issued by the Syrian tyrant, Bashaar, is only to court and satisfy America and Europe that reforms are underway and that he retains control! The issuing of this skimpy decree confirms that his regime is breathing its last and clutching at straws!
This is the result of the sharp escalation in popular protests, demanding his overthrow and that of his party, after they drove the army and security services into a war with the people, killing of demonstrators, terrorizing innocent people and arresting thousands...
He deceived with the decree issued by his left hand, and may Allah cut off his right hand that arrested, killed and shed pure blood all over Syria!! He deceived with the decree issued by the left hand ... whilst even during the proclamation of this decree, his tanks bombed Homs, Rastan and Talbisa!!
Part of his deceiving and lies against the people is the text of the general amnesty for political detainees! Even though this amnesty is still not understood until now! It is as if he desires an amnesty for his security forces and what are known as his “ghosts” so that they do not fall under legal accountability! So how is it he issues such a decree yet he still issues harsh criminal terrorist sentences against Hizb ut-Tahrir and members of other Islamic movements? What is clear is that he wants to protect both the murderers and looters within the military and the security services agency. They are a group of thugs that took lying and acting upon themselves as a profession ... The lifting of the emergency law only resulted in an increase in murder, oppression and torturing of people ... so what can we expect from this decree?!

Bashar and his regime are on their death bed and the soul is exiting the body, having almost reached their throats! He resorts to cunning, deception and lying, after he abandoned the use of bloody solutions, so as to prolong his bedridden life!
O people in Syria... Bashar and his regime are quivering, so strengthen your activities and determination. Do not listen or pay heed to what he issues of decrees and speeches! Each drop of blood that this killer and his henchmen shed hammers a nail in the coffin of his defunct, collapsed regime, Insha Allah...
Our cause is not merely the overthrow of Bashar and his party! The crucial cause of we Muslims who bear witness in the Oneness of Allah and the Prophethood of His Messenger (SAW) is the resumption of the Islamic way of life through the establishment of the Khilafah state according to the Methodology of the Prophethood... that Khilafah through which the deen will be established and justice will be established all over the globe, that Khilafah whichwill take revenge from Bashar, his regime and all the tyrants.
O People of Syria... Let this regime not deceive you through negotiation talks that it seeks to activate in order to remain in power and to avert this blessed uprising. We pray that Allah Al-Qadeer, As-Samee’, paves the way for the establishment the Khilafah in the land of Al-Sham so that it will be the support point for it and a platform for changing the face of the earth...

Your coming out on the streets and your determination to absolutely reject the decree was a clear response to Bashar that your deception does not deceive us.
O our people in Syria ... the only salvation is by Islam. only Islam and nothing but Islam...

Just as we aim to worship Allah, we aim in turning to Him alone for aid in all of our issues. We do not turn to neither America nor Europe nor the humanitarian organizations. We will not fall into the mistake of our brothers in Libya! We will insist on a peaceful uprising until Allah permits the People of Nussrah (Material Support) in our army to perform their Obligation towards their Deen and their Ummah...
Your slogans were sound when you said: O Syria do not be afraid... Assad before Gaddafi!
Our continuous call to the Ulema of the Muslims in Syria, its influential, its traders and the tribal leaders is: do not let your people down! Allah will question you about your Amaanah (Trust)... your Nusrrah (Support) of the oppressed is the Support for yourselves as well ... Allah is the Greatest and honour be to Allah, His Messenger and the believers...
